- No refunds will be issued for usage fees, prior billing periods, or partially used services.
- Refunds are not provided after the first 30 days from the subscription start date.
2. Subscription Cancellations
- Subscriptions must be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

- Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are issued for any unused portion of the subscription or for prior charges.
3. Trial Offers
- Free trials are available for new users only.
- To avoid charges, cancel your trial at least 24 hours before it ends via your Account Dashboard or by emailing us.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically continue, and the payment method on file will be charged.
4. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are automatically billed on a recurring basis as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension or termination.
- No refunds are provided for any usage fees, including SMS, email, or other add-ons tied to your subscription.
5. Refund Processing
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval and issued to the original payment method.
